We do not permit hen/stag party guests

We have a strict no pets policy

Prior to full acceptance of a request to book, we must receive name and address information of the guests.

Earliest check-in time normally 4pm

Latest checkout 10.00am

Cancellation Policy:

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel, we endeavour to be as fair as possible. Refunds will be issued on the following basis – but all refunds will be subject to a £10 admin fee deduction

If The Cottage can be re-let at the same rate then a full refund will be paid

If The Cottage can be re-let but only at a lower rate (eg as a last minute booking or for fewer nights) then a refund will be paid minus the difference in rate

If The Cottage can not be re-let then any monies paid will not be refunded
